EDGAR

Terms & risk disclosure

Edgar is software. It is not a broker, investment adviser or fiduciary, and nothing it displays or says is financial advice.

Leveraged futures trading carries a high risk of loss, including loss of your entire deposit. Backtested and paper results are simulated and do not predict live results. Edgar makes no promise or guarantee of profit.

Live trading uses API keys you provide (read + futures trading, never withdrawal). You are responsible for your exchange account, its funds and applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

The "deal" (live trading only): live trading is free in rolling 30-day windows that start when live trading begins. Only net realized live profit counts (closed live trades, after losses and fees); open positions and paper trading never count. The first time net realized live profit reaches $100 within a single 30-day window, live trading pauses until you subscribe to a recurring $25/month subscription (billed monthly by Stripe). You can cancel anytime in the billing portal; live trading continues while the subscription is active. If it is cancelled, past due or unpaid, live trading pauses: no new entries, and exchange-side stop-losses stay on open positions. Windows that end below $100 before the first trigger roll over free. Paper trading is always free. There is no guarantee of any profit; you may lose money, and there may never be $100.

Draft terms; the profit-share and subscription model require review by a qualified lawyer before public launch.

Privacy

Edgar stores your email, an Argon2id hash of your password, a salted hash of your birthday (used only to verify password resets), your chosen mode and paper balance, and your trading history inside Edgar. Bitunix API keys are encrypted at rest in a post-quantum (ML-KEM) vault and are never shown to anyone, including admins. Edgar does not sell your data. Help (Medic) conversations are stored so you and the admin can review them. Payments are processed by Stripe; Edgar never sees your card number. Email is sent through Mailjet. To delete your account and data, ask Medic or email the admin.
